    I have used chatgpt to write a listing in a certain language (style) and usually have it rewritten to "encourage buyers to schedule a showing." It has worked out without paying any fee.

     I know a lot of people who use AI to create listing information - but like anything you must review and confirm its accurate, as i had one recently note is beatiful large gourmet kitchen, and the kitchen was tiny and not updated since 1970....
