Help finding people to help fund a fix and flip
Hello, I'm looking for someone to help me fix and flip a property in portland or. I dont have the money to do it myself or the experience and would be open to negotiating with someone to help me get this done even if I only made a small percentage off the deal. I tried reaching out to lenders but everyone said I needed more money.
