Hey y'all,

Is there a hot pocket/zip code where you are picking up your investment properties?

Quote from @Rhett Tullis:

Main issue I am seeing is oversupply of vacant rentals in my opinion.  There are about 3 times as many as we have seen historically this time of year so that is a bit concerning.  It may even out but only time will tell.  Buying 10 is the easy part the hard part is finding ones where the numbers work and I would be cautious on rental estimates as we are seeing rates come down some.

I own in a Cincinnati suburb and was looking to bring operations more local to my new DFW residence. Saw a quadplex for sale in OKC and I saw that it happened to be managed by you after reading this thread. Small world.
