I have been talking to a group called REI Accelerator. They say they find off market deals. Has anyone used them before?  What has your experience been.?

Hi Jodi,

I had a zoom meeting yesterday with REI Accelarator, and told me the same thing, that they can find off market deals thru their software and VA. Six-month program cost is $19,300 plus VA and dialer fees of $800/month.

I had a zoom call last Fri and they told me the same approach and guranteed I would have a multifamily asset (any where from 30-100 doors) in 4-5 months if I followed their process. The cost is $13,800 + VA for ~600/Month. Is this a SCAM they are pulling off ?

I would really aprpeciate someone who had real insider experience please after purchasing this package with this REI Accelarator!
