Why I Love AI in Real Estate -
it gives people the false sense of knowing what they are doing, and what a good deal is.
It means they are chasing unicorns farting rainbows while the reality of investing is leaving them behind. Same thing with writing cursive. I can read cursive but to someone who never learned cursive, it's a mystery language, a secret code.
Can AI help?
In certain specific ways in specific circumstances.
But you need experience or a mentor to know whether you can trust the output or not. Most people just don't have the discernment and experience to know.
AI is very costly when you are buying the wrong properties.
