    Finding buyers isn't going to be your challenge. It's having decent deals where buyers can actually make a fair ROI on the opportunity. Just post your deals in the WAREI (WA RE Investors) Facebook group. Follow their group rules and you'll have a bunch of buyers "dropping their emails" for more info. Best wishes on your plans!
