Hi Everyone - I'm looking for recommendations for property managers in the 80210 Denver area. Hoping to find an individual or very small team versus the larger more impersonal corporate types of management. This would be for a 3/2 SFH less than a mile from Wash Park.

     Hi @Kim Wagner we have a fairly small team here in Centennial and would love to chat with you to see if we are a good fit. 

    We are very easy to reach, and we always answer our phones, emails are responded to quickly, and we use text messaging (humans on our site, not bots).  

    I understand the reluctance to hire a larger corporate firm, but I would also caution you against a "one-man show," as those are usually a train wreck, in my experience.  I think we at RES are right in the middle - we run big corporation efficiency, technology and systems, but with a very human touch and we are easily accessible.
