Electrical Contractor Looking to Add Value on a Real Estate Deal
Hi everyone,
I am an electrical contractor and I am new to the real estate investing space. I would like to connect with an experienced investor, flipper, or contractor who may be working on a deal where my electrical skills and construction knowledge could bring value.
I am interested in learning more about buying, renovating, and investing in real estate, especially fix and flips or value add projects. In return, I can offer hands on experience with electrical work, project knowledge, and support on the construction side.
I am not looking for a handout. I am looking to build relationships, learn the business the right way, and contribute real value to the right deal or partnership.
