How can i buy a commercial space-beauty salon??

Hello, i planing to start a business, next year and i want to know if somebody can help me, how can i buy a commercial space for a beauty salon. I do not have paper work, i have cash from my savings from my family in Romania and i planing to buy a space for a beauty activity, i need to know what options is to buy, or at least to put a deposit and pay monthly rest of the money. Oky, you have to separate issues.

Your business and Real Estate investments.

For business you can rent a place, and with cash buy a single family home and rent it out.

So you don't get things mixed up. Once the business picked up than you can have the business buy the property.

by the way you don't need paperwork to buy a house.

Mainly for buying, but i don't know if is a system like in Romania, there people can buy with 50% deposit and monthly payment until they finish to pay all the money,if they do not have any-more money to pay they will loose the property. This system doesn't involve bank, so interest for bank is not existing. I found this system great for people who doesn't have a credit scoring.

If i will rent, i have to pay for a commercial space at least 25000£ for a year, so this money i can top up payment for my property and will be mine in couple of years.

If is existing an an option to buy without bank please let me know.I have no credit scoring in UK.Thank you

Crystal if you aren't proven yet as a business maybe the seller would entertain a lease with an additional provision where you have the option to purchase for a certain price and terms within a set time period.

This gives you time to create a successful business and get it off the ground.

A landlord may or may not want to take a chance on you if your financials are weak with no leasing experience.
