Good morning BP,
I just spoke with my legal professional and was advised to pick 3 states where I want to operate my LLC for REI, as I will have to have operating agreements in each state and that can get expensive very expensive quickly.
Namely, looking to make connections with title companies, contractors, developers, lenders investors and real agents.
More specifically, cities like Memphis (Shelby county), Atlanta, Chicago (inside and outside Cook county).
Hey Davon, I invest in both Nashville and Chicago. I dabble in wholesaling and any sort of creative investing. If you are interested in buy any hold properties I'm your man.
Davon Lowery we are a full service real estate team specializing in property management. We manage over 300 properties in the Northeast Atlanta suburbs. Give Cheryl Farley a call at 678-925-7684.
I currently invest in Chicago (Cook county) and am planning to invest in TN (but Chattanooga not Memphis). What type of investing are you planning to do? Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
I must admit, i'm a new wholsaler in Atlanta but I have a strong committment and vision of making successful win-win opportunities. I'm here to connect with you!!
@Jerry Padilla I know there has been a lot of debate about that and lenders not allowing investers to assign the property to the LLC or a 3rd party a the time of close. That is the main reason I want to move with the help of legal counsel.
@Anca Alexandru Rader I will be checking you out, we have family there.
@Erika Parrot I have always wanted to invest in Atlanta, we will see what the future has in store for us.

Thanks, Anca
@Anca, I live just across the state line in Georgia but invest in Chattanooga. Let me know if you need help on anything.
