We were asked by a client today if we were operating in the Portland, OR. or Seattle, WA. areas. We are not - nor are we planning to.....
So, the next question was do we know of any companies similar to ours in either area. I think they are interested in a very passive process and high-level, good touch, quality property management. Perhaps investors or even service providers in the area could reach out on here and let me know of whom I can pass on to our client to call?
Chris - Coast, where I keep my brokerage license also does property management. It was recently awarded #7 in the Puget Sound Business Journal's Book of Lists for Top Commercial Property Managers. Many of the owners I've met are very happy with their services. They won't take anything under about 150 units, just fyi but do a good job and are competitive.
In non-real estate related business, I have always found the CWD Group, based in Seattle, to be professional and courteous to work with. They seem to primarily manage medium to large condominium communities, but I know they have several properties with fewer than 10 units in their portfolio.
