Nashville/Middle TN Real Estate Groups/Networking Events?

Hi All --

Anyone recommend reputable RE groups that meet up or events in the Nashville - Middle TN area.  Maybe investment groups or companies with proven track record and in biz for lengthy amount of time?

    I'm also interested in local meet ups on weekends. I know there is REIN but with my 8-5 W2 job it's nearly impossible to get to a meeting Mon-Fri

    Check out Music & Money. It's a RE group of a few folks that meet in Franklin every month or so.

    Check out the calendar from REIN.  I have not been to any of their meetings yet, but many are in the evenings, and some on the weekends.  I know some investors that have gone and this seems to be the strongest group in the Nashville area.

    As stated above the REIN group is you best bet. That is where you will find your "active" investors. There is a Brentwood Meetup on Meetup.com that is good too.
