What is a typical split btwn investor and person who finds proper
What is a typical (or reasonable) split between an investor and person who finds and manages rental properties. There are properties that I find and want to buy to rent but do not have all of the funds to make the purchase. I would expect there are many arrangements in this type of partnership.
