CPA that's well versed working with real estate investors

For legal work, I highly recommend Will Griffin, Jr. with Griffin Clift Everton and Greg Ziskind with CloseTRAK. They both represent lots of investors and do outstanding work. Plus, they are fine individuals.

Hey Julia Vang Hart , Jimmy Luke works with many investors here as a CPA. He very well experienced and educated in tax advantages for the real estate investor. He has owned several hundred properties so he really knows what he is doing! Hope that helps!

I'm with Douglas, I really like Closetrak. I try to use them for all of my transactions in Memphis. They always provide great service.

We use Asher Murray for a lot of Property Inspections. You can google Murray Home Inspections, Memphis, TN and he will come up.

jimmy Luke certainly for a cpa, no one is as qualified. Saddlecreek title for closings. They have the best pricing in town.

Now for the lighter side of building a team. Great things in Real Estate happen over food. You need to know where to take clients to impress and entertain.
Best place for great breakfast to discuss real estate: Blue Plate Cafe. Food is great and service is better.
Best lunch place to discuss real estate over great food: Bangkok Alley, great good and quiet. Runner up is Hog N Homney, but can be louder, but food is the best in the city
Best Coffee House: Porcellino's
Best Place for Power Dinner to seal the deal: Folk's Folly
Best place for a couple of adult beverages and apps: Close tie. Jim's Place Grill or Acre
