Should I title my rentals in my living trust?

I am single now after divorce, 58 years old. I want to buy multiple rental properties. Should I title these properties in my new living trust? I want to be able to pass them on to my kids when I die. Not asking for legal advice just your opinion.

Joe Koppel try a land trust which works the same but provides more privacy.
