Should I title my rentals in my living trust?

I am single now after divorce, 58 years old. I want to buy multiple rental properties. Should I title these properties in my new living trust? I want to be able to pass them on to my kids when I die. Not asking for legal advice just your opinion.

They should be in the family trust definitely.  Either titled directly in the trust or as a beneficiary of whatever other entity you choose to title the properties in ... land trust, corp, LLC.  If you don't then you have to ask yourself why have it.

All properties need to be in trust to provide anonymity and transfer ability without re titleing asset. JUST SAYING, THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVISE.

@Joe Koppel I would put the properties in a trust, whether it is in a living trust or land trust.
