Hey beautiful people!!
2 siblings, 1 house, 1 wants to sell, and the other doesn't!! They own the house 50/50. Its a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in excellent condition. The person who contacted me wants to sell the house and move out, but her brother doesnt want to move.
Please.....Can anyone give me some advice to help the sister who wants to move out???

Kevin:
Are they tenants in common or (more probably) joint tenants?
The easiest solution would be for the sibling who wishes to retain the house to buy out the other. If the brother is unable to buy-out his sister - either by (re)financing the house or through a mutually agreed upon instalment sale - the sister may be able to sell her part ownership (tenants in common) or force the sale of the property.
Either way you probably do not want to wade into the middle of a sibling issue.

Hire someone to wack the brother.
Alternately the sister could likely hire a lawyer and successfully force the brother to sell. A contracted hit would be less expensive.
