If You Could - Who Would You Take for Lunch?

I asked myself the following question but still don't have a clear answer - wonder what your answer will be.

**If you could take someone from the real estate (investing) world out for lunch - who would you pick?**

BTW, I had met Robert Kiyosaki (and Kim) in an intimate reception some years back and saw Tony Robbins speak at least once - so they were not on my list.

    I agree with J. It's an honor to be named. Hope to make a trip up that way and have lunch with you one of these days and find out about the hidden secret of your area as Jay Hinrichs usually mentions.

    For me, I like my free time and spend it with my loved ones. Time is the most precious commodity money can buy until your time runs out on this earth. He's critical to do something one loves while trading time for money and building wealth in the process IMO. I enjoy spending my time helping my beloved ones and people around me getting off their W2 now that my biz is on autopilot. That sounds almost like a Tesla. ;)

    Not to be disrespectful but Robert Kiyosaki and Tonny Robbins are nothing more than motivational speakers. I'd rather have lunch with this self-made billionaire. I would also love to have lunch with Warren Buffett and Sam Zell. Unfortunately, I can't afford them at the moment.
