How to locate Parcel Number if you call the County with the Address and they can’t locate Parcel number for you

@Reed Greenfield Try this link from the Wayne County website. You can enter the address and it will give you the parcel number for all of Wayne County.

I must also mention I did actually add the addresses into the Wayne county system they came up blank these Apts been Abandoned

Try the app LandGuide. It'll have basic information on most parcels in Washtenaw, Wayne, and Oakland COs.

So are you saying the Oakland County would cover Detroit? This is challenging when the County says they can’t find it when givin the proper address

Oakland County has a nice online database you can access at Oakgov.com. Wayne County seems to push that function to the city level. So, if you can find the right city web site, you can then look it up. Other counties my do it differently.
