Just SOLD my 2nd deal with DoHardMoney.com!!!

I just sold my 3rd deal but 2nd fix and flip with DoHardMoney.com!  I made close to $50k in profit!!  They are a great company and I am looking for my next deal to continue using them.  They made themselves available through the whole process and really help to give you support when needed.  I can't thank them enough as they funded my 1st fix and flip which has gotten me to this point.  I have done 3 fix and flips and have 3 rental properties.  When everyone else tells you "No" they tell you "Yes!".

Hi all.  Terms don't matter to me because I walked away with $50k.  Everybody has to make their money (realtors, lenders, me!) .  The point is that you make a profit or come out even.  So many people fail in this business and never get a chance to say they did 1 flip.  I have done 3.  And I paid the $3k up front.  part of it covers your first appraisal the other part is for their tools available on their website.  With their Advanced Deal Analysis, I knew WHAT to expect as far as the total loan amount, how much I would need to put down and estimated fees.  So I had the game plan laid out in front of me.  Where else can you get that?  Not only that, THEY DON'T REQUIRE YOU TO PAY ON THE LOAN while you are rehabbing the property for the loan term (usually 6 months).  WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET THAT??  They helped me to get started in this business and now the sky is the limit for me.  I am also looking around in other states to work in.  HANDS DOWN THE BEST COMPANY FOR SOMEONE THAT IS JUST STARTING OUT.  I am so thankful and grateful for that I made it to this point as I was, one that was about to give up.
