@Julian Joseph Any title company with an attorney or affiliate lawyer can help...just a simple document. If you're moving onto double closings or not taking possession of properties prior closing, you'll probably need to search a little further. Most reputable title companies won't do double closings...I'm just assuming you are wholesaling here...
