SBA Loans for Real estate investing

Good day to all,

Maybe a dumb question, wanted to see if any investors out there were able acquire a SBA loan for the purpose of buying real estate for the purpose of long term real estate investing with an LLC?

Any loopholes or workarounds that maybe out there?

Again maybe a dumb question but looking into all options.

No. There were two SBA agents who could lend $ to investors. Unfortunately, one broke the law and no one is sure where that lone agent in the US is.
In short, sorry.

SBA loans usually also put a lien on your house. May as well just forget all that and finance acquisitions with a refi, 2nd or Heloc on your primary.
