I've read on here multiple times about owning rentals through owner financing. This means that you I would look for other investor who are willing to owner finance their homes, in turn I would find someone to rent this property and cover the mortgage for this property?????

Someone please help me understand this process, I'm really confused and I would like to learn more about this.

Brian - please help me understand this, how does is it possible for the owner to get a return again? Let's say the mortage is $1000 a month and the property can generate $800 a month in rent. How would you make a deal like this?
