What are the best questions to ask a real estate agent...
I've been searching on other threads and haven't found any solid answers. I've talked to several real estate agents about what I do and how we can help each other, but I haven't had much success in finding an agent that is able to help find motivated sellers. What are the right questions to ask agents when looking for motivated sellers? What is the best way for them to make the most money? What am i doing wrong? What do I need to ask them to find out if we can work together?
