I have a duplex property in Lorain OH that I want to sell immediately to get the cash, I have a few pictures but have a POS report, how do I sell my property in the quickest way? Do not want to involve a realtor the property value is low

Post it for sale on the BP marketplace, post it for sale of FB marketplace, post it for sale on Craigslist. You'll certainly get bites on all of those platforms.

I agree with @Dan Weber here. All properties can be sold, and all can be sold quickly. The primary drivers of that are 1. price and 2. exposure. So, price is aggressively and expose it well and Viola!
