Wondering if any wholesalers or other investors have used this software service, REI Reply. Seems too good to be true and wisdom tells me that it probably is. But hey, maybe they've cracked the code or something. I think this is a relatively new service, just kicked off in April.
https://www.reireply.com/
Has anybody used this yet and have results that they could share? If it's legit, I might put it into my toolbelt.
Thanks BP Homies!
Call me cynical, but I am leery of all of the replies from users with one or 2 total post. Did they join BP and immediately search for REI Reply? I guess it is possible, but …
There were a couple positive feedbacks from some BP users with more than a few posts, but most of the positive feedback came from users with very few posts.
I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale. If necessary, I can get some BP users with a couple of posts to vouch that it is a legit product.
Good luck
@Jonathan Greene you can call me on my cell phone. Send me a private message and I'll give it to you. I'd post it here but it won't let me. I'd be happy to talk you through where I see error in your logic, give you an honest review of REI Reply and prove to you that I am indeed a real person. Thanks for the heads up on the blurry pic by the way. I've just updated it. Lastly, if you check my profile you'll see I've been part of Bigger Pockets since September 6th, 2017. I've got my phone on and I welcome your call :)
PS. I'm simply a user of REI Reply. I have no connection to the owners. The only reason I jumped in on this thread is because I learned as a military officer that when you stand for nothing you will fall for anything. My stand here is simply for HONEST and ACCURATE reporting and dialogue. If someone has had a bad experience with REI Reply then great. Share it to help out the person who posted the initial question. If someone has had a great experience with REI Reply then great. Share it to help out the person who posted the initial question. The challenge with your approach is that you're calling the reviews from honest people on this thread (with real experience) SPAM WITHOUT having any evidence to support your position. That essentially makes those people SPAMMERS by your characterization. What you're in essence asking present and future readers of this thread is to trust your feedback as a guy who has ZERO experience with REI Reply OVER myself who has EXTENSIVE experience with REI Reply. Do you see how someone reading this thread might look at your comments and at the very least say to themselves, "Hmmmmm???" My encouragement to you is to rise above all the baseless claims about SPAM you're supporting and consider that just maybe you're wrong because in truth you are. Like I said... I've got my phone on and I welcome your call :)
@Chris White I know most everyone on BP through the forums and I am 100% sure that all people would find your behavior on this thread much more curious than mine. Meaning more are shaking their head or saying Hmmmm, as you say, because of the weirdness of your convictions for REI Reply.
I've never said I was either wrong or right about REI Reply because I literally could care less about another REI product on the internet. The issues is with the constant hammering back by you and others, all with very few interactions on BP, that makes it all seem, for lack of a better word, crazy. Like Nicholas Cage in Mandy crazy.
Why would I want to call you? Everything I have said has been to protect anyone who thinks this behavior is regular. If users of a product are activated like this online (because we all know they were not just sitting in BP waiting for the keyword REI Reply), then what does that say about the spam style of the business. Is it is Ponzi scheme? Do you get money back for posting online like it says they will pay for testimonials right on the site?
You also seem to have a lot of time on your hands for someone who is crushing it with REI Reply. Thanks for updating the photo though. At least we know you are real.

This is from their site. Paid discount for testimonials.
Also, their website is built using this - https://home.kartra.com/home. It's an all-in-one solution that basically creates all the language for you.
Also, there is no mention on their website who the founders are, where the company is headquartered, and what experience they have back end real estate data analytics or anything real estate.
For all those who are skeptical don't be. Most of the time the BP community is supportive and positive. Not sure why a few turned so negative on this topic. Anyway, I'll give my 100% honest opinon.
REIreply is real, the support (Susan, David & More) are TOP NOTCH. Best support I've ever had from any software. The software is great. Does it all. It does take a while to get used to but what doesn't?
I've used it for 3 about months. If you are struggling to make your phone ring, this will help, I can almost guarantee it!
I was slightly disappointed when I found out it is a whitelabel version another software. Not disappointed enough to leave because they are great people. How did I find that out it was rebranded software? I seen a FB ad that looked exactly like REIreply so I clicked on it. It was the exact same platform with a different name for only $20. I bought it just to see if there was a difference. There are small differences, but nothing to make me move from REIReply. I have since seen the fb ads from the original software developer that allows you to resell/whitelabel it at a monthly cost.
This is the 100% truth, but I will not leave REIREPLY simply because of the support, and I have already moved away from other CRMS, RVM, SMS and email marketing to have it all into reireply for only $50/month.
There are other small fees for text and RVM from the third party provider but all and all this platform is GREAT & I hope to see it continue to grow.
Oh, and the reason you had an influx of positive comments in here all of a sudden is because David got in the fb support group and asked us to come in here and have his back because he for kicked out of the thread for some reason. That alone should tell you enough about the support the company has from it's users.
We have enough hate going on in the world today. Don't add to it. Spread love.

So thats whats happening --- the guy who runs this thing sent a bunch of newbies into BP to protect his brand? Because he "got kicked out for some reason"?
Finally truth comes out. The other forums call this "brigading" and its just another sketchy tactic.
"Too much hate, spread love" awesome message, except when used to flog a brand.
Mr Big Idea should just pay to advertise like everyone else does... but of course a guy who sells spamware would send newbies in to brigade like this.
Sketchy software from sketchy people. And its not even his software, apparently!
This is the weakest thing I've ever seen. These fake reviews are laaaaaaaaame.
On the next episode of "How to collapse your own product by sending in new users to spam the most experienced real estate investors on the planet by telling them how good something is that is already being done by a million other companies after the CEO gets kicked out of the forum"...
Another lesson in what not to do and how not to respond. If you Google REI Reply now, this thread is on the first page. Should've just left us alone and not used Facebook to spam a forum that started because someone asked a regular question and many of us replied based on the evidence. Spammy users is not evidence. The site has no identifying characteristics of the business in any way. Legit REI products have an About Us or Who We Are which details the credentials and background of the founders.
Also, there is high probability that incentives were offered to come here and say how good it is since the site offers incentives for positive testimonials pre-product.
@Tucker Cummings after struggling with SMS Marketing (and Wordpress plugin), and Slybroadcasting not having all the functions I wanted, I was just about to set up a Mautic installation on Digital Ocean when I came across REI Reply. After doing my research and seeing all it's functionalities, I knew their asking price was a steal.. A NO BRAINER!
I run my wholesale business and my digital marketing business from the same platform, using only one account. SMS marketing, rvm's, twilio integration, unlimited funnels and capture page's, recorded calls, and you can cold call directly from the platform. I"m a HUGE fan of Mautic because it's free, but Rei Replay just has too many bells and whistle at an amazingly low price. The automation is on another level! You can set up a complex follow up sequence that reaches out to your customers using any combination of sms text, email, rvm's, over any time period that you choose; 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, and so on. These are called "campaigns". If you are an investor, they even set you up with 20 or so pre made campaigns.
But what about customer service? Susan calls me back within 24 hours of any questions I may have, often times I find my answers in the private facebook group or in the training videos they provide.
My work flow:
I have a VA cold callings 30 plus hours a week. She uses Call Tools. When she sets the appointment, she logs onto our REI Reply account ( your team gets their on log on credential at no additional charge) put them into the systems, tags them with the appropriate tags, then put them into a 45 day follow up campaign. I then call the customer directly from Rei Reply and attempt to lock up the deal over the phone.
At the end of the day, Rei Replay is a tool. You still have to put in the work. But in comparison, I've seen comparable platforms with similar features cost $200 per month if not more. I hope this helps...
Mauriel Strawbridge
Well gents, let the OP decide when he gets an opportunity to try the system, otherwise, its the so called spammers words against the premium stables of BP.
@Jonathan Greene, @Nicky Reader, James Wise It's funny, how people who never used a product seems to know everything about. Times have changed. Technology has gotten better and REI Reply is ahead of the class. So STOP hating. Sean Terry just came out with a similar product to REI Reply called FreedomLogic, are you going to say that his product is spam too? REI Reply does everything that product does plus more.... NO ONE is paying me to say anything, I BELIEVE in the product so I'm giving y'all my two cents. And I'm not a newbie, I'm 8 years in.

I'm not saying that these users are not real, but if you don't think there is a deal coming from inside that Facebook group for doing this, I have swampland in the Everglades for you. One guy offered to pay for the first month, which is what the site advertises they will do if you leave a video testimonial before.
17 people who have barely used Bigger Pockets, all hopped into the forum to defend a system. Yeah, definitely legit. At least half of them mentioned David and Susan by name. I am just guessing that if you cross-reference some of these posts with prior testimonials given, they will come up equal.
The state rests.

I looked up that tool, its another "beg-blast distressed sellers" thing they sell to wholesalers, so yep thats spamware too.
I think its really funny you just automatically assumed I am scratching around in the dirt like you, blasting postcards at grandmas and their heirs, telling them anything you can to get your paws on their equity.
I am not one of you, i actually built something up, and because of that, I get HOARDS of people just like you ROBOCALLING me nearly daily, sending me SPAM text messages, all of which are illegal, and all of which are you hoping you can cheat me out of the equity your mailing lists says I have.
However, i respect the hustle and I know its probably paying your rent.. I dont hate anyone but man, this side of the industry is just dumb and annoying as heck sometimes. anyway good luck back on facebook.
Nice thread - tech savvy spammers pretending to help by sharing their experience with the tool vs tech challenged oldies/boomers who have nothing to show except the number of posts. Quite entertaining!
Yeah nothing to show but a successful real estate portfolio, partially funded by a software engineering career that lets me glue django and twilio together to roll my own spam tool in a weekend, if I wanted to. But sure, keep claiming how uploading spreadsheets for SMS blasts is "tech savvy"
Some of you guys have a LOT of time on your hands LOL.
It is only $49/month just try it if you do one deal a year it is worth it.
Anybody at REIReply or anywhere else that goes to this much trouble to spam comments is either sure they'll deliver or the opposite not hard to find out.
@Tushar P.
Yup agreed. Pure spam...
They overdid it now it just ticks you off in every possible way.
@Tushar P. when you say nothing to show, you mean you didn't look at what anyone actually has done in real life, right? Saying the word boomer when a multi-level Ponzi scheme is being exposed is passe. The obvious point of the clocking of posts is that people don't just show up on a platform to post about a product without something to gain. The rest of us are here just handing out knowledge for free and here you are, calling people boomers.
All of these "accounts" in support will be the same ones coming here in three months to ask if anyone has heard from the company and they lost their money and they were told if they posted in this forum they would get three free months, etc. A good product doesn't need spam accounts to hop over and support it and every real person on BP knows this. This is, and has been, a comedy thread and will be here when it all crumbles.
We won't need to say I told you so then.

I haven't spoken about the product. I haven't used it nor do I plan on using it. Could be a good product, could be a bad product. But speaking as an experienced marketer what we've seen in this thread is laughable. An experienced business owner would get on the thread and say "these are the benefits of my product. This is the cost of my product. I implore you to give it a try if you'd like a product that does this for this price." And that's that. If the product has legs, it's got legs. I mean it's $49 so it's an irrelevantly small amount of money to try.
A bunch of fake looking positive reviews is amateur hour. If a business owner is thinking about going the same route I hope they try harder. This went way overboard and lacks all credibility. No doubt this thread has done much more harm than good for REI Reply.
CLIFF NOTES FROM THIS THREAD FOR ANYONE WANTING TO MAKE SENSE OF IT ALL...
Act 1: One individual makes honest post asking people with experience using REI Reply to give their feedback.
Act 2: A group of individuals who have never used REI Reply begin saying things that put REI Reply in a less than favorable light.
Act 3: Owner of REI Reply makes post in REI Reply Facebook Group letting REI Reply users know person from Act 1 is requesting feedback on user experience and if you've got time to give it please jump into Bigger Pockets and do so.
Act 4: People with experience using REI Reply go to Bigger Pockets and give their review.
Act 5: The people from Act 2 (who have never used REI Reply) attempt to discredit the people giving their honest reviews who have used/are using REI Reply. Those doing the discrediting do this by saying things like... these are spammers hired from the Philippines, which isn't true... others said the owner of REI Reply paid his users to post fake reviews, which isn't true. One guy argues that in order to have credibility posting your REI Reply review you must have (seemingly) as many posts on Bigger Pockets as he does or you won't be taken seriously -- will let you decide if that's true.
Act 6: Finally, some UNbiased sensical people who have never used REI Reply pointed out the obvious, which is that it's only $49/mo so if you're looking for a CRM that automates most of your business give it a try. If you're not looking for that then don't. But for $49/mo what do you really have to lose.
Hope this helps and may your business prosper regardless of what tools and systems you're using.
Ok,so I know I am new on to here to posting, i get that... But I have been an avid cruiser on BP for some time now and have gotten a substantial amount of info from here too. I just don't go signing up for any and every site. If I do have some genuine info or feed back i will. I only really sign up just to voice my 2 cents on Rei Reply. They are a brand new company on the start up side. With all business they do have to start somewhere and offer something to get the users to come and join. They are having to build up their clientele to gain the traction to get the business.
I my self am one that if its too good, it can't be true, but i will always hear someone out if i know absolutely nothing about. That is what I had done with Rei Reply. I am a current user with them and can totally see the power behind it and what it can do. Also talking with them I found out what they are bringing to the table and what they are doing different, and I must say WOW! I have seen things that others are not even doing or thought of.
I only gotta say is call them up and talk to them and find out what they are really about. That's what I did and now i'm a believer and user.
Take my post how ever you want. I'm not promoting them or anything like that nor getting paid. Just voicing my opinion on a good product.
Thanks, and now that I am signed up on here i will be posting more.
@Chris Podkowa, why do you and others keep asking everyone seeing this to call them up and talk to them? I would guess you are about the tenth person to use that same language. The disparity between the pro-REI Reply posters and people like me are that we are talking about two different things. You guys are talking about an REI product that you've used and love so much and are convinced it is amazing - great. None of us are arguing for or against that. The other side of this coin, that is slowly climbing up Google on the REI Reply Google Search, is that none of us have used the product or even care about it at all. We are all commenting on the client-spamming and how and why it is being done, which is reflective of the company behind the product and the incentivization being offered. Not one of us has mentioned that the product doesn't work or doesn't do what it says it does, we just don't care and compared what it purports to do to some of the things that bother us - spamming sellers just like this forum is being spammed. We are professional, long-term investors who don't need another product. It's not novel, there are a million of all the apps and CRMs. And if it turns out to be great, good for you and good for them, but that's not our point.
@Chris White all you are doing is digging a deeper trench for both yourself and the company that you pledge allegiance to. If you go back and read what all of you guys said, it's literally all the same. If I did a keyword search through all of your posts, the same terms would come back on 75% of them. There is no win in this battle for you. What are you trying to win? It's comedy for us. The post numbers are important because why now for everyone, why is everyone so excited about REI Reply when they've never been active on these forums. What level of investors are using the service? It looked like, at least in here, 80% or more very new investors which is the exact marketplace that gets taken advantage of the most.
Anyone who uses it and it works for them, good for you, but don't try to crack back on professional investors who are leery of another new gizmo with canned testimonials and forced page traffic on a forum post where pitching of products is illegal in the forums anyway.
@chris podkowa, based on our post count and the precedent set by BP, our feedback has no merit on a product others know nothing about let alone used it. Then they base their arguments on conjecture, lies while remaining in their archaic feelings. If that isn't a typical day in real state investing (construction, project management, etc), I don't know what else is. It is entertaining though. It looks like tangents and rants make for high engagement numbers in BP.

The other "investor" flogging this says this is a "brand new company" and another fanatic said he uses it even though he discovered its someone elses product that just got another name slapped on. ("Whitelabel")
If its so new, and not even a homegrown product, how are all you brand new accounts just absolutely obsessed with it?
Also, why are all you newbie REIReply addicts so insulting and dismissive, like the reputation of this brand new company is more important than your own networking and reputation?
It's funny too how so many of you share the same akward writing styles and make the same small mistakes while posting.
If you guys are all real individual people, you are drinking some crazy coolaid, and have all the reasoning skills of a rabid badger. I dont think even David Koresh could start a cult this obsessed with a single rebranded glorified CRM.
I’m all for tools that assist in my processes to grow my business and bring my dreams into fruition , period !!!
