Is Lehigh Acres, FL good place to invest?

I am a new investor and looking for a place to invest. I saw one construction in Lehigh Acres, FL is selling for duplex $270k 2bed 2bath. Is a good choice? Thank you.

@San Thike I currently manage a lot of rentals in Lehigh acres. If you’re going to be buying in that area I would definitely look at what area specifically the property you’re going to be purchasing is in & speak to a property manager who has experience with rentals in that specific area. There are areas in Lehigh that are less desirable and harder to rent. Those areas usually have higher turn overs.
