Husband, Father, Investor, and DIY'er. Past investments in CA, IN, TN, KY and FL, but concentrating on opportunities in middle TN right now. I am looking for a driving distance market for diversification. I am only interested in wholesale, flips, buy and hold, notes, sub to, options, trades, wraps and networking. Currently have SFH's, interest in STR's, and short term notes yielding 10% available for sale or trade. Looking to network with investors, partners, lenders, deal finders, or anyone with a question.
