Hey, looking for advice, I signed up for auto pay on my mortgage to my second investment property and left the country for a couple months for work and somehow the auto pay did not go through. I caught it at two mortgage payments past due, one at 30 days and one at 60. (This was back in February)
Before this I had 720 and its now down to 595.
Any suggestions on how I can get this fixed I just purchased a third investment property for cash and I want to refinance it to get my cash back but cant with my current credit.

Hi @Nathanael D Caldwell , welcome to the BiggerPockets forums! The good news here is that your credit will rebound fairly quickly with consistent payments of your required amount, paydown of your debt, and with the increase of your average age of accounts. So . . . don't make any large credit purchases, pay down your balance, pay on time, and wait and you'll be back up in a jiffy!
