What would you ask prospective real estate agents when selling?

Hey everyone, glad to be here! I'm moving and would like to sell the house so any advice on looking for a real estate agent goes a long way. What questions would you ask when looking for a listing agent? I'm considering Redfin - any thoughts on that? Also any advice in selling in general would be much appreciated.
