Wondering if there are investors that use a investor friendly attorney to do double closings in a state such as mine (AZ) that has closings typically done by title companies.
If so how did you find them?
None that I've heard of. Here out west, I've never heard of anybody doing a closing with an attorney in my 8 years in real estate and doing business with big players in CO and AZ. I'm not sure if its possible or not to get around title/escrow companies for closings.
