Frustrations with the BP Market Place / real estate listings

Hey all just wondering if anyone else has had my experience with the market place.. I am in search of a specific asset so I thought i would try the market place.  So far its been frustrating.

The properties turn out to be pending or sold many months ago..  So just curious if there is a field for those that advertise there can punch up Pending so when people are searching they know the score and don't waste a ton of time.  

And or one for sold that's really a waste of time there was one I really liked the person who posted it never did get back to me ( I mean why advertise if you cant follow up?)  So I called a Broker I know in the area and he informs me he sold that exact asset 3 months ago LOL..

So like the MLS systems I am a member of we have pending sold BOM etc etc.. I wonder if BP since they are working on Tech of the site can make the market place more relevant and mirror a true MLS experience. ???
