Will A Hospital Network Renew a Lease With 3.5 Years Remaining?
Looking at a medical office that is currently leased by a large hostpital network. There are 3.5 years left on the lease. Because it is in an area where another tenant may be difficult to find, I'd like to get them to renew as a contingency in the purchase offer. Is it too early for them to renew?
