With the commercial deals I have done, I continue to run into agents who have received a contract with rights to be the designated agents for this company in their state. How does one go about reaching out to a company to do so? For example, any property purchased or listed in your state companyA grants you rights to be their agent for that state!
Thanks in advance. I have ideas about how to approach this, but as a "newer" agent I wanted to know what the deal is!!

Defenitely relationships. If there is a specific company you want to work with find out who represents them in another state and give them a call. I have had some luck this way. You may end up paying them a referral fee but it is a really good way to get you in the door.
Thanks everyone! This is great advice!! I am going to try and find other agents in other states and speak with them and will be growing relationships with them as well!
