Hello, I’m currently looking for a Sponsor for my California real estate license, it would help me take the first step towards creating affordable housing, supportive sober living communities, and foster-care projects designed to give people more than a home, it would be a real opportunity for a better life. This has been my dream for years, and I finally have the opportunity to take it, I just need a little assistance , if anyone has a career program set up to help others obtain their licensing that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @Shawntae Harrison welcome to the forums, I'm not super familiar with CA licensing laws but generally I'd think the place would start is smaller boutique brokerages in an asset category that interests you. They generally are too busy to pick there heads up hire help and would likely appreciate someone being interested in what they are doing.
Not sure of a formal "sponsor" program or what that requires.
