Real Estate Appraiser in Los Angeles County just finalized a Fair Market Rent Study Appraisal for Studios vs. 1 Beds vs 2 Beds. 


Below are analysis and research from a Local Submarket Expert Opinion Survey for Lease Comparables, apx.:

Studios: $1,500 - $1,900

1 Beds: $1,600 - $2,000

2 Beds: $1,925 - $2,500

    Rents in SoCal are up.

    I'm curious how time consuming it would be to do rent comps for LA County and San Bernardino County.

    I'm actually starting to consider multi units in all cities in the above listed counties. Although I look at "city data," something like the comps you have would be a bonus.
