That's hard, because they represent great long term B&H investments and REI's scoop'm up like candy.
The best way is to get a Commerical Buyer's Agent and have them bird-dog for you. Produce a PoF and offer to get a letter for Pre-Approvial asap as you get notice. Spill the beans as to what you want AND the funds you have to close with.
The agent will NOT be thrilled it you're looking for Wholesaling or Creative financing, but if you can close on a normal commercial LTV, you will be days ahead of other contenders.
