I am looking for a Blanket Loan in Columbus OH

I have about 7-8 properties all located in the Columbus, Ohio area. I am looking to refi and do a blanket loan. The credit is 720. Documented income in the mid 40k. The propertiers are in a LLC and have been there for years. All free and clear. If you can help please feel free to send a text or call.

    Michael, I also have properties in Columbus. Did you find a lender that provided a blanket loan for you? If so, please let us know some details of your experience.

    Michael, it would help if you state how much you are seeking and how you arrive at your valuations, just for starters.

    What do you expect to pay rate wise and term?

    I would be looking for about $125k-$150K.
    Our county auditor says that the properties are well worth over 600k, so the equity will be there for any investor.
