As Eliott pointed out, Lee County has accessible public records. Go to the Lee County property records page, select the Search Official Records link under Recording/Official Records, and click Search Official Records. Click on the red book and page icon. Select Document Type on the left side menu, and the "Select" button in the center top of the screen. Click the LIS PENDENS box on the selection list, put in your search dates, and you have you targets.
