Questions about a bond as collateral on an investment property

Hello, I need help with a bond to collateralize an investment property that has an NOD.

Any ideas or help on how this works would be appreciated.

    What type of bond? You could sell the bond.

    Is the property a primary residence?

    Hi Chris, 

    It is not a primary residence.

    I understand I can get a bond which precludes the sale of property and so I wanted to get more information on how to obtain this type of bond. Thanks
