How do I get ahead of the competition when contacting owners.do I check once a month to see if there is a list out ?

    Depending on your area, there's going to be multiple people competing for the same information. If you're doing the cold calling yourself, that could put you ahead of others who outsource to companies to do that for them.

    For your specific area, knowing when that information becomes available and having the systems in place to attack it ASAP will be your best option.
