Looking for info foreclosing on a private mortgage

Have two private mortgages I am trying to foreclose on.  The lawyer I hired is... not real smart.    The mortgagee is no where to be found and the original address of the company- Garnaco is defunct.    My lawyer is clueless about how to handle this and so I am hoping someone knows or has a connection I can contact.    Property is in Lawrence Cty PA.   All notices have been mailed to the address on the mortgage papers and returned.  How do we serve papers?  I have the Registered Agent address but that is all.  I know the mortgagee is out of country and his "partner" Christine Hoffmeier  a Realtor in the area is supposedly no longer connected.  David Garnaco claims she robbed him.  Again, I am looking for the way to foreclose.  Thanks for any help.

     You need to get a foreclosure attorney involved. What they will do is attempt to serve and then post service via publication. In PA it will take 8-12 months to foreclose. I have an attorney I can refer you to but they are not cheap. Expect to pay $5000+ to foreclose between attorney fees and court filing costs.

    Thanks Chris,  as I noted in my query, I have a "foreclosure " lawyer, who unfortunately is an idiot.  Seems I can't get this right.    

    HE has done all the preliminary work and now needs to serve papers to someone out of country and proposed absurd methods to do so making me realize he didn't know the business.  And I got him off the County Lawyers lists- a group that should've been the best. 

    OK,  The property is in Lawrence County PA- where is the lawyer you use?
