Looking for info foreclosing on a private mortgage
Have two private mortgages I am trying to foreclose on. The lawyer I hired is... not real smart. The mortgagee is no where to be found and the original address of the company- Garnaco is defunct. My lawyer is clueless about how to handle this and so I am hoping someone knows or has a connection I can contact. Property is in Lawrence Cty PA. All notices have been mailed to the address on the mortgage papers and returned. How do we serve papers? I have the Registered Agent address but that is all. I know the mortgagee is out of country and his "partner" Christine Hoffmeier a Realtor in the area is supposedly no longer connected. David Garnaco claims she robbed him. Again, I am looking for the way to foreclose. Thanks for any help.
