First bid as an REI on a HUD single family home

Just put my first bid on a HUD single family home today and found out I was out bid by a couple Gs. HUD list price was $60K and I bid $65K. Bummed!

    Sorry to hear Jeff.  Don't get discouraged though. If you're serious about investing in rental property this will most definitely happen!  It's happened to us many times!  Just keep looking, the right property will come up! Good luck!
