How to find Foreclosures/Short Sales in Portland, Oregon

Hello Folks,

I am actively looking for foreclosure/short sale deals in Portland metro-plex area, OR and Vancouver, WA. Can you please provide me any tips around the nature of the market here and where I could typically find this information and if there is anything specific about the markets/process here that you have experienced when buying such type of properties in these areas. Any tips, links will be helpful. Thank you for your time.

Foreclosures are public record.. learn how to access them

one thing you might want to do though Is log on to Bull Dog capital.. couple of my buddies they buy many foreclosures then sell them wholesale. Also Joe Taylor.

Stu Fox on this site will wholesale.. as well. your looking at a pretty tough Row to how to break into foreclosures at the court house steps in this market.. Its pert near impossible unless you have millions and want to buy your way in by making no money on the first 10 or so .. as you prove to the cash up regulars that your a player
