what's up with indymac/loaCare servicing
Used to be in constant contact with the negotiator. Did BPO in mid October. Started calling negotiator back 2 weeks after that. Phone just goes straight to voice mail. Spoke to others in the department the only answer I can get is "ill send her an email". I know the BPO number is good, I have a buyer lined up, did the negotiator disappear on me?
