Finding Pre foreclosures

Quick question BP family,

I have read a few of the articles on BP on how to find homes that are going into foreclosure but have not actually been repo'd. They have not been of tremendous help.

So I ask you..

What are some of your favorite ways of finding homes in PRE-foreclosure?
