How to sign purchase agreement in LLC name on Cash Purchase
I am buying an investment property all cash with a parter and want to purchase in the LLC name we have set up. In the PA, how do we sign? With the LLC name written and our signature above? Any help would be much appreciated.

Typically as "your signature, title, company name". Title might be "manager" or "owner" or "member". Sometimes you might also need an authorization from the LLC stating you have the power to sign for the company.
