Hi there BP Family and happy holidays,
We are in search of experienced property management companies that have a track record, systems, and tools to be able to successfully manage 20+ units. My team and I are actively looking to acquire a 24 unit in Concord, 33 unit in CLT, and a 36 unit in Winston Salem and need expert opinion on varying income and expense line items. Thanks!
In large markets, the challenge is getting the attention of a property manager for smaller properties (less than 100 - 200 units). It is also difficult to justify full-time leasing and maintenance people on the payroll.
