@Jay Hinrichs Gave me a good suggestion to ask the BP community if anyone has partnered with Y Street Capital Victor Menasce before as a Limited funding Partner. I'm currently looking at a Multi Family deal with Victor and Y Street Capital and was hoping to connect with someone that has worked with them in the past. My experience with Victor Menasce and with Y-Street Capital has been very good. The few times I called the office, they were always happy to spend time talking. Communication via email has been excellent as well! My project is expected to exit this year and it appears that will happen as expected and in line with projections or maybe a little better.
We're investing with them and would like to hear more about your experience and actual exit compared to earlier projections. Look forward to hearing from you.
