I would love to help underwrite deals for multifamily syndication

Hi everyone! I have been underwriting deals on my own as I work toward getting my first syndication deal and wanted to reach out to see if anyone needed help underwriting deals. I would love to help out as I continue learning.

    Hey Dustin, what market are you in? My partner Shawn and I are stepping into JV/syndications (I'm a broker and we manage Airbnb / STR properties together).
